Unified world lightweight champion and ESPN's No.1 pound-for-pound fighter Vasiliy Lomachenko, of Ukraine, faces England's Anthony Crolla in the main event of a Top Rank on ESPN+ card at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Friday at 11 p.m. ET. The undercard will air at 8 p.m. ET, also on ESPN+.
Lomachenko (12-1, 9 KOs) has won eight of his last 10 fights by stoppage, including a dominant unanimous decision victory over Jose Pedraza in December to unify two lightweight world titles. It was Lomachenko's first fight after undergoing right shoulder surgery in May, 2018.
Crolla (34-6-3, 13 KOs) has won three fights in a row since suffering consecutive loses to Jorge Linares in 2016 and 2017. In his most recent fight in November, Crolla outpointed Daud Yordan in a great fight.
