The son of two-time Breeders’ Cup Classic (G1) winner Tiznow is listed at 14-1 in the latest 2020 Kentucky Derby wagering at USRacing.
The colt broke his maiden in his second career start and then picked up 10 Road to the Kentucky Derby points by winning the Iroquois (G3) at Churchill Downs on Sept. 14.
In the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile, the colt stumbled badly coming out of the gate and was never a threat, finishing eighth and last as the 4-5 beaten favorite.
The winner of the Juvenile was Storm the Court, who took the field gate to wire and held on to win by a head in a huge upset, returning his backers $93.80 for the win.
Trained by Peter Eurton, the colt had finished third in the American Pharoah (G1) at Santa Anita in his final prep for the Juvenile. The colt is listed at 20-1 in early Derby betting at USRacing.
The co-second choices in Kentucky Derby betting at US Racing are Tiz the Law and Maxfield at 16-1.
Tiz the Law broke his maiden in his debut at Saratoga and then won the Champagne (G1) at Belmont Park on Oct. 5. His owners, Sackatoga Stable, who campaigned Funny Cide, elected to skip the Juvenile.

The colt was scratched out of the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile just days before the race with a right front leg issue and likely will not return to the races until spring.
The Bob Baffert trained Eight Rings is listed at 20-1 in early Kentucky Derby wagering. The colt won the American Pharoah at Santa Anita but came up short in the Juvenile in a sixth-place finish.
